Cancellation process:
To cancel your orders, kindly reach out to us via email at care@radiantroots.in or call us at +91 8848577313 (Monday to Friday, 10AM to 7PM). We’re available to assist you with cancelling your order.
Refund procedure for cancelled orders:
For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the bank account/credit/debit card used for payment within 7 business working days. We can only credit the original method of payment and cannot refund to an alternative card.
Important: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Returns:
Thank you for choosing Radiant Roots. Each of our products is meticulously crafted with a deep understanding of various skin types. However, if you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we’ll do our utmost to assist you.
We provide refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product delivered (physical damage or tampered packaging)
- Missing product
Here’s how to proceed:
- Initiate a request within 2 days of delivery by emailing us at care@radiantroots.in or messaging us on Whatsapp at +91 8848577313. Please include pictures of the issue along with your order ID.
- Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.
- Once reviewed, we’ll arrange for our courier partner to collect the product from you.
- Upon receiving the product, we’ll verify it and proceed with the replacement or refund accordingly.
Conditions under which return/replacement requests will not be accepted:
- Opened, used, or altered products
- Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)
- Requests made after 2 days from the date of delivery
- Reports of damaged or missing products made after 2 days from the date of delivery
- Reports of product not received after 24 hours from the time of delivery, despite update indicating delivery,
